Arnprior McNab Ringette Association (AMRA)

The Arnprior McNab Ringette Association (AMRA) has been an established not-for-profit association since 1983. AMRA is fully run by volunteers.

Ringette is a winter sport that's as challenging as it is enjoyable. Created in 1963 in Canada, it has since been dubbed the fastest sport on ice. Although similar to hockey, it is very different!

Ringette is a great choice for any age. It is a safe competitive sport, teaching you how to skate, pass, play as a team—all while making friends and having fun!
