Little Dragons (4-6yrs old) - Taekwon-Do programming developed and broken down specifically for our littlest martial artists
Junior Achievers (7-12yrs old) - Designed to challenge youth and develop character and physical ability in a positive Taekwon-Do environment.
Teens & Adults (13+) - whether as a weeknight warrior or a competitor, these classes are sure to have you sweating and chasing new personal goals
