Evolution BJJ and Muay Thai Petawawa

We offer youth classes for both BJJ and Muay Thai for kids 7 to 15, and Adult classes for both BJJ and Muay Thai for those aged 16 and up.  For both programs there are introductory classes for those who are just beginning their martial art journey, and Advanced classes for those with experience.
